Rates

The rates are based on 2 to 4 people. The top rate is for a room with a queen size or king size bed and the bottom rate is for a room with two queen beds. Rollaways and cribs are an additional $10.00 per night.

Rates are subject to change without notice and could be higher for walk ins. All shaded dates are holidays, holiday weekends, and special events.  These dates have a two night minimum. Weekends in October also have a two night minimum.  No discounts on shaded dates. We also offer an AARP Discount of 10%, but it can not be greater than $5.00 and not during months of June, July, And August.

Reservations can be confirmed by sending in the first night’s lodging including the tax or guaranteeing the room with a credit card.  A personal check must be received at least 30 days in advance of the arrival date. A money order or cashier’s check must be received at least three days in advance of the arrival date.  In certain situations a reservation can be held to 2:00 PM with out a deposit or credit card.  Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date to receive a full refund or not be charged for first night’s stay if guaranteeing with a credit card.

Our check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
